Overview The Customer Implementation Success Manager within the Customer Success team is the solution expert on who works closely with the Customer Success Managers to drive and achieve value for the customer through solution knowledge, best practice and domain expertise for PaaS/IaaS.� Customer Implementation Success Manager translates the customer goals and requirements to a solution strategy by pro-actively engaging with customer executives to understand current assessment and customer maturity level in using Oracle�s PaaS/IaaS.� They will also drive recommendations to improve the adoption level and plan to improve the value from Oracle�s Cloud Service.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements Customer Implementation Manager works closely with Customer Success Managers to achieve the customer return on investment (ROI) and assist in solution Implementation by: �
��������� Work with existing customers to assess how current configuration meets their current and future needs;
��������� Deploy Use-Case what has been defined & delivered from HQ into APAC
��������� Making standard Use-Case for APAC region through communication with HQ / EMEA / APAC stakeholders
��������� Proactive Use-Case development for existing Cloud Customers
��������� Provide best practice guidance on customer processes and stories;
��������� Contribute to customer case studies and references to leverage for wider consumption
��������� Contribute input to product development and management regarding customer pain points;
��������� Reactive customer issue management in technical & escalating to APAC/HQ

Proactive engagement & Work with APAC Customer Success Program Office team
���������� Enabling APAC CSM/ internal stakeholders & Partners
���������� Participate and contribute in knowledge sharing forums
���������� Organise customer facing webinars, newsletters, user group forums, meetings and conferences

Close work with Customer Advocacy & Cloud Renewal Sales team for Cloud business growth

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
��������� In-depth knowledge of Cloud Business, specific� PaaS/IaaS related Oracle product expertise required
��������� Expertise of various technical architectures and operating systems
��������� Expertise or Understanding� of various Non-Oracle products of� Database, MW, OpenSource and operating systems
��� Demonstrated experience to lead customer deep dive observations and review
��������� Significant work experience in an external customer facing role
��������� Demonstrated PaaS/IaaS� experience providing services to enterprise customers
��������� Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external business owners and stakeholders across all organisational levels
��� Advanced organization, time management and project management skills ��� Advanced English written and verbal communication skills ��� Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Oracle services its customers

� � Detailed Description and Job Requirements �Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.
Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
