This is for Oracle Consulting ASEAN Fusion HCM lead consultant role , focusing on SaaS HCM solutions This role will work in delivery projects, as HCM solution architect to ensure delivery quality, margin and customer success. The HCM lead will act as a 'trusted advisor' to the large HCM customers in the region.
The role requires strong HCM domain knowledge, in Core HR, Recruitment, Learn, Talent , Compensation and Absence management and Benefits areas.
Extensive and broad solution architecture expertise involving HCM business processes for multiple large, regional implementations is a must.
The role will provide deep technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development during project execution.
Strong exposure to a leading HCM application is a must. Exposure to any cloud/SaaS HCM product and implementation methodology will be a distinct advantage for the role.
The role requires at least 10 + years of implementation experience of HCM suite of products, with at least 2 large multi-region end-to-end implementation experiences as a functional lead consultant.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
