Alignment & Evaluation: Build video quality evaluation pipelines and multi-dimensional Reward Models; execute alignment training using RLHF, DPO, GRPO, and PPO.
Inference Acceleration: Research and implement model distillation and other techniques for Diffusion model inference acceleration.
Design and develop core agent algorithms, including multi-turn dialogue planning, tool orchestration (retrieval, ranking, LLM synthesis), and adaptive task planning.
Build and maintain agent memory architectures using knowledge graphs to support long-term consistency, personalization, and context retention across sessions.
Develop emotion-aware dialogue modeling techniques to improve agent naturalness, consistency, and user engagement.
Design and implement LLM alignment and safety strategies (e.g., SFT, DPO) to mitigate risks such as implicit persuasion or psychological manipulation in personalized generation.
Build multimodal agent capabilities that integrate vision-language reasoning with dialogue planning for tasks such as tutoring or adaptive guidance.
Benchmark and deploy LLMs/VLMs across GPU clusters and cloud environments (e.g., AWS); build reproducible evaluation pipelines to support model and architecture selection.
Track frontier research in agent algorithms, contribute to publications, and represent findings at top-tier AI/NLP venues.
Work closely with local teams to drive end-to-end BI projects across multiple markets, coordinating stakeholders from different business functions to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Define and maintain key business performance metrics across the region, partnering with senior management and local business teams to drive alignment on KPI definitions and reporting methodologies, ensuring consistency and comparability across markets
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance
Leverage both technical expertise and business understanding to perform analysis, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions

Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with strong academic credentials. Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree should be expected to graduate by Dec 2026, and all candidates must be able to join us by Jan 2027.
Candidates who meet the above requirements and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or above must be able to join us on a full-time basis by Jan 2027. A Master’s Degree or above is advantageous but not required.
Prior experience in equity research, asset management, strategy consulting research, or in-house corporate development and strategy, internship or full-time.
Experience in the consumer internet sector is a plus.

What we need to see:
Pursuing a PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Relevant research experience in the field of vehicle / robot autonomy.
Strong knowledge of theory and practice of vehicle / robot autonomy, or a related area with a strong interest in connecting your work to autonomous vehicles.
A track record of research excellence with your work published in top conferences and journals such as RSS, ICRA, IJRR, NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, TAC, etc, and other research artifacts such as software projects.
Exceptional programming skills in Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) are a plus.
Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, research-focused team.
