Expertise in CX Domain
This is for ASEAN CX domain lead role, focusing on CX solutions opportunities/projects. The ASEAN CX domain lead will work extensively with the consulting sales team, as well as with the CX product (license and sales consulting teams) teams to win CX business in ASEAN. This role will also work in delivery projects, as CX solution architect to ensure delivery quality, margin and customer success. The CX domain lead will act as a 'trusted advisor' to the CX customers in the region.
The role requires strong CX domain knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, Sales Performance Management, Customer Data Management and CPQ.
Extensive and broad solution architecture expertise in CRM/CX processes for multiple large, regional implementations is a must.
Ability to lead CX domain discussions, exposure to large project implementations are a requirement for the role. This is a senior role needing strong communication skills and ability to play a thought leader role in CX domain.
The role will also provide deep technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development during project execution.
Strong exposure to Oracle CX suite of Products is a must. Exposure to any cloud/SaaS CX product and implementation methodology will be a distinct advantage for the role.
The role requires at least 5-7 years of implementation experience of CRM/CX suite of products, with at least 2 years in the CX domain as a solution architect. The role also requires end to end experience in consulting opportunity pursuit including RFP response, conducting requirement workshops, solution value establishment, and presentation to senior client business and IT teams, sizing and estimation of delivery efforts and client stakeholder management in the consulting sales process.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
