Assist in planning, developing and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies tailored to the business needs and prospects, with a focus on Cloud services, including but not limited to IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and API services.
Adopt industrial standards and best practices; drive and govern related frameworks, SOPs and templates/checklists within the Infra team to optimize the organization’s operations process.
Conduct research, provide market insights and analysis on the relevant trends and emerging solutions to support business decision making processes.
Engage suppliers and formulate solutions based on user requirements.
Lead the qualification, evaluation, selection, negotiation processes on commercial aspects when requesting proposals from vendors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute operational efficiency improvement plans.
Manage the end to end supplier and partner relationship.
Support on operation matters, such as invoice verification, dispute resolution, payment processing etc.
Support continuous improvement in financial governance, vendor accountability, and project delivery.
Budget planning and monitoring of the costs for Cloud services.

Gather technical requirements and coordinate cloud infrastructure and application deployments.
Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and delivery status.
Support GKE provisioning, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments.
Assist development teams with application onboarding and Kubernetes readiness.
Coordinate CI/CD, monitoring, logging, artifact registry, and load balancer onboarding.
Troubleshoot Kubernetes, network connectivity, access, deployment, and IAM issues.
Provide regular progress updates and coordinate technical escalations across teams.
Maintain deployment guides, operational runbooks, and handover documentation.
Support knowledge transfer and transition of completed projects to operations teams.
