Description
What You’ll Do

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern data platforms including Data Mesh and Lakehouse architectures, expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and a strong foundation in Big Data, ML/AI, MLOps, Business Intelligence (BI), and Generative AI technologies. This role combines strategic thinking, architecture leadership, and technical excellence across real-time and batch data solutions. 

• Own and drive architectural decisions for large-scale Data & AI transformation projects across cloud and hybrid environments.


• Design end-to-end data architectures leveraging Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and real-time analytics frameworks.


• Lead the implementation of scalable pipelines using OCI DI, Data Flow, PySpark, and Python.


• Architect integration of open-source and fine-tuned LLM models within enterprise AI workflows.


• Has automated processing using AI Agent and Developed Agentic AI services. Have worked  with LangChain or Langgraph or N8N platform for developing AI based application and workflow automation


• Implement MLOps practices to operationalize ML models, manage model lifecycle, and monitor performance.


• Have used MCP (Model Context Protocol) while designing AI/GenAI Based solution


• Provide architectural direction on Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, data visualization, and self-service analytics strategies.


• Establish and enforce best practices in data governance, privacy, and security aligned with industry standards.


• Define data modeling standards and lead implementation of optimal schemas for analytics and AI workloads.


• Work on POC development, presales activities, and technical solution presentations to clients.


• Collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills/Experience
What You’ll Bring

Technical skills:

• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including OCI DI, Data Flow, Object Storage, Autonomous Database (Preferred).


• Hands on experience on developing ML and AI models based on customer requirement


• Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud ecosystems (OCI,AWS, Azure, GCP) and orchestrating various flow and process using Agentic AI


• Advanced Python and PySpark skills for scalable data engineering and ML pipelines.


• Experience with MLOps pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar tools and platform and deploying ML/AI models 


• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Looker.


• Practical knowledge in integrating and fine-tuning open-source LLMs and building enterprise-ready Gen AI solutions.


• Proven ability to lead data migration, cloud modernization, and AI-driven innovation projects.

Process experience: 

• Hands-on experience in presales, POC development, solution architecture, and proposal support.


• Leadership in client advisory, stakeholder communication, and escalation handling.


• Delivery leadership across end-to-end project lifecycle.

Soft skills: 

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and non-verbal).


• Client-facing skills with proven ability to manage executive stakeholders.


• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.


• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.


• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team management skills.

Preferred certifications: 

• OCI Architect Professional/Data Engineer Associate/OCI Gen AI 


• AI/ML Certifications (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP).


• MLOps and BI tool certifications are a plus.


• Certifications in Gen AI or LLM model specialization.
